Small Dimensional Downloader issues

Hey! This I my first time posting here, and I am not quite sure how I would get a debug or mod list from my steam deck to my phone so I could upload either here. But that’s not my issue, as I don’t think it’s a mod conflict.
First, the UI for the Small Dimensional Downloader is not fully responsive to me. I am playing with a controller on the Steam Deck, all mods and game are most recent versions. In the UI, I can access any item that doesn’t need scrolling down for. But I am incapable for some reason of scrolling down, and thus accessing anything offscreen. I’d be delighted to just not be hitting a correct button. My occasional assistant playing on his PC can access everything like normal, though.
Second, I am using that same downloaders in a blueprint. I am preselecting what items to download from quantum storage as part of the blueprint. However, the blueprint machine then registers those preselected items as part of the cost of the blueprint, even though I don’t want them to be built into it, just for the downloader to call for the whenever I get those resources uploaded. Does that make sense? Any advice? If I am doing something wrong, that’s awesome and I can try to just fix it.
