When to Start Migrating to Effect-Smol V4?
Hey team, I’ve see TODO.md file in the effect-smol repo. Seems like it’s gonna get released soon.
When would you recommend to start migrating? There are some breaking changes and I would like to start with the migration before it’s merged to main as V4, to be able to give feedback
