Inactive queries with `staleTime: Infinity` and `invalidateQueries` interactions

Hi, I have a query using
I don't want to force it to immediately refetch - just the next time we attempt to use that query anywhere.
I also don't want to refetch on mount. I only want to refetch it when it's manually invalidated.
Is there a way to set this up? I tried several combinations and none seem to work without manually forcing a refetch. Thanks!
