Updating broke immich

Good day, I made a stupid mistake by updating Immich from the docker image version 1.132.3 to 2.3.1. Unfortunately I can't get things to work anymore. The containers are booting fine. The main issue I currently have is a bad gateway behind nginx proxy manager.
Is there anywhere I can find a guide to fix this that I've potentially missed? Or anyone in here that can help me out? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
