Configure failback to gemini and ollama

I'm struggling to configure claude with failback options. I keep seeming to get something set up but then it errors.

Here's the beginning of my config:

But I'm sure I'm doing it wrong. Trying to use Cursor or Antigravity to configure the file and both are bombing.
