Bug: Gateway crashes with unhandled promise rejection (fetch failed)
Version: 2026.1.24-3 (npm install)
OS: Windows 11 (10.0.26200, x64)
Node: v22.15.0
Gateway: local, loopback, port 18789
The gateway process crashes repeatedly with unhandled promise rejections. Happened 5+ times in about 2 hours today. Each crash kills the process and the scheduled task restarts it, but there's downtime.
Errors seen in logs:
- TypeError: fetch failed (most common)
- AbortError: This operation was aborted
Log excerpt:
[clawdbot] Unhandled promise rejection: TypeError: fetch failed
at node:internal/deps/undici/undici...
After each crash, the heartbeat restarts confirming the process died. These network errors should be caught instead of crashing the gateway.
