I just randomly started to receive this message out of the blue:
Codex error: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"tokens","code":"rate_limit_exceeded","message":"Rate limit reached for organization org-BOvpEHVcDPTe8h4lZnwMO5Ly on tokens per min (TPM): Limit 250000, Used 250000, Requested 10339. Please try again in 2.481s. Visit https://platform.openai.com/account/rate-limits to learn more.","param":null},"sequence_number":2}
It tells me to try again in 2.481 seconds and so I wait 30 minutes and it still gives me this error. Do I have to wait longer. I'm using OAUTH Chatgpt Plus plan. Using windows 11 WS2 Linux.
I've tried resetting chat, the service and nothing is working. If I have to wait that is fine, but why did it suddenly just kick on. I'm still able to use chatpgt on their website and in my app no problem. But my bot won't talk in telgram or inside the interface or TUI.
So just need to know what needs to be done to resolve this, if waiting that is fine, but it keeps telling me to wait a few minutes or seconds bu nothing is happening.
