Timezone issue DB container

Hey, I have a timezone issue on my DB container. All other containers are in sync with the TZ env var. Only the DB container is not.
As you can see the dump is created at the correct time. The Immich server is showing its made in the future.
When I inspect the docker logs. I see the DB container is off:
What you see in the logs.:
1. I created a DB dump (Immich server ok time)
2. I connected to the Immich android app after taking a picture (Immich server ok time)
3. Picture uploads, kicks of ML (Immich learning ok time)
4. Immich DB starting checkpoint and you see its 1 hour behind (Immich db not ok time)
5. Redis tasks start and finish (Immich redis ok time)
