Immich eating root space as well as container

I'm fairly new to immich but everything seems to be going well as of now.
For some reason immich is eating the container space as well as root space. I'm fairly certain this is due to thumbnail generation. Obviously I just want it to use the space I've allocated in proxmox but I've clearly done something wrong.
I've mounted the drives on the proxmox shell which I guess may have something to do with it, but I don't know how to rectify. I''ve added the yml and .env for help, hopefully it's just a silly mistake that's easy to fix!
Perhaps it's due to the upload location? But again, I don't know where to put it, and how to rectify the space that's already been taken.
