I am receiving a context overflow error “Context overflow: prompt too large for the model. Try again with less input or a larger-context model.” While the input is minimal such as “hello”

Under logs, I receive a message that I am hitting rate limits. I am running on an EC2 instance. My Anthropic account has plenty of usage available.
