Is it possible to have local-first storage with opt-in syncing with electric-sql later?
I'm working on an expo app and trying to do local-first (expo-sqlite) but with the ability to enable cloud syncing later on as an opt-in feature.
Can the tanstack-db-expo-starter with electric-sql be modified to "disable" the syncing until a future time?
