Folders in Ugreen NAS

I’m still testing Immich and really like it so far. I use my Ugreen NAS and access all my files through Windows Explorer.
Quick question: where can I see all the backed-up files? I think I found the upload folder, but is there a way to store the data in a more readable structure? Right now, it’s not very user-friendly.
Ideally, I’d like the files to be stored by year, and within that, by month.
