The container never starts, so SSH / Connect / Cloud Sync are all unavailable. Storage page does not show a Network Volume, but pod details show a 99GB volume mounted at
/workspace1
/workspace1
, which contains important data.
Iβve already submitted a support ticket, but Iβm posting here to ask if someone can please:
* reset the faulty GPU / host, or * migrate this pod to a healthy node so I can access the pod once and back up my data.
Iβve kept the pod intact (not terminated).
Any help from ops would be greatly appreciated Thank you!
