migrating from next.js v14.2 to tanstack start and facing some issues

I'm following https://tanstack.com/start/latest/docs/framework/react/migrate-from-next-js this guide, but https://tanstack.com/start/latest/docs/framework/react/migrate-from-next-js#3-update-project-configuration in this step, i'm facing an issue after following the complete guide and running dev server
