Some help accessing git projects via rider

Ok for some contex. Ive never used git beofre. Just made an acount. Im using rider my main pc runs mint my laptop runs arch. Ive logged my git in rider but am unsure on how to open the resporoy on my laptop or pc for that matter any help is apreciated

I get this has nothing do to with c# but i will be doing the samething with pycharm but since there the same ide enviroment i assume what i do on rider works on pycharm to
