Worked fine when i was using chatgpt 5.2 - rolling in llamacpp also worked fine, now trying with ollama, and for some reason, it no longer has any context of what has been talked about, at all, can someone point me on things to check (i have set max tokens, i asked clawd to check if it has access to the files, and it has. see attached images please
