Serverless Endpoint Initialization is stuck

, currently used in production has been in

initializing

state for more than 24 hours. This is not a good look guys, we depend on this and need it to work, especially since we didn't change a thing and your status page is all green.

Can someone investigate on what is going on here ?

All 5 workers are initializing. It appear to be stuck like that for ever
