Migration is not being applied. Prod app down.

I have created a new migration which did not show any issues when I opened a PR and it was run against the branch DB. However, the GitHub status for supabase on

main

main

is now pending for almost 2h and nothing happens. This is not a complex migration, just adding one field to one table with a default value. This is blocking access to our product for all users right now.
