Progress Meters sporadic and flickering

I’ve been getting some failures on uploads with the latest iPhone app update, and went into the Backup > View Details and noticed all the flickering and jittery-ness of the progress meters.
Doesn’t feel normal. Has been working fine for a long time now, and unsure of what changed or how to clear it up. As you can see in the screen recording, eventually it fails and send “804” down to the Error stack.
