Can't Authenticate Anthropic Token
Issue: Anthropic token auth repeatedly fails with HTTP 401 authentication_error “Invalid bearer token”. After failures, OpenClaw marks the Anthropic profile unusable and puts it in cooldown for long windows (ex: 46m → 27m), so Opus can’t be used and it falls back to codex.
Env: macOS (gateway via LaunchAgent), OpenClaw 2026.1.30 stable. Config: ~/.openclaw/openclaw.json. Agent dir: ~/.openclaw/agents/main/agent. Default model: anthropic/claude-opus-4-5, fallback: openai-codex/gpt-5.2.

Steps tried multiple times:
claude setup-token
openclaw models auth paste-token --provider anthropic
restart/hot reload (SIGUSR1)

Still ends up in cooldown.
Questions:
Is setup-token (anthropic:manual=token) expected to work reliably for Opus 4.5, or should we use API key?
Known Claude setup-token issue where tokens are “Claude Code only” / rejected for other requests?
Best logs/commands to capture the exact Anthropic response?
How to clear cooldown after re-auth / add safe failover profile?
