Automatically create organization for user after sign-up?

Anyone have a flexible way to trigger organization creation for new users? I use OAuth, and I can't really see how this would work. Database hooks are great, but I'd have to create the organization via my ORM, not the auth client, which means my organization hooks won't trigger.
