V4 - isScopedToTenant=false not applies to all queries in the resource

We've a multi-tenant application which uses a single panel for one of my customers which we recently upgraded to V4. For some of the "admin" pages we've disabled the tenant scoping so the customer can view the data of all tenants. (It's about PurchaseOrders and PurchaseOrderLineItems)
With the introduction of V4 Filament is more strict and scopes all queries with the tenant (see upgrade guide).
However when setting isScopedToTenant to false on the resource level, it seems like this only applies to the main resource query and not to other queries in side the resource.
For other queries inside the resource we could use
but preferably we'd like those queries to listen to the isScopedToTenant property.
Also the Relationship Manager still scopes its query to the tenant. We could use
but than relationships inside TextColumns do not work anymore and are empty.
*Ps. When we've the correct tenant selected and go to the same PurchaseOrders admin page everything works as expected. *
