i need help getting back my old saves both worlds and player saves

In-Game IssueMod Browser Issue1.4.4 Version1.4.3 Versioni messed up my drivers a while ago i wanted to transfer my games to a new sdd now they are copied from my old ssd but i lost my modded calamity world and players i still have all the old worlds and player files it just my game doesn't read them it reads new files that i have no clue where they are or how to fix the game is still installed on my old ssd and i haven't changed that the odd thing abt all of this is that i still have the same mods they never got taken away but everything else did please i need help i losing my mind over this i would like to hop on a call with someone so if your willing to help me dm me
