connection string host doesn't exist.

I spun up a new instance and the url is db.xyhxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.cac.supabase.co and that URL isn't in DNS. i filed a ticket but not sure what else to do... wipe it out and start over? The other connection string exists, it's just the db. that is missing.
