"Database connection temporarily unavailable"

Can someone help me and explain what the problem might be here?
I created a small website, uploaded it to GitHub, connected it to Vercel and Supabase. I'm using the Session pooler with IPv4 (free version), because the site is very small and the database is tiny too.
When I try to create a new post on my site, I get this error:
"Database connection temporarily unavailable" or "Temporary database connection issue. Please try again."
I also saw this: "MaxClientsInSessionMode".
What could be the problem? Is it something with my site, or is it because of MaxClientsInSessionMode?
I can't understand how the session client limit can be exceeded if I'm the only one connecting to my site and there's basically no activity at all.
