🚨 Supabase – Disk IO Budget Almost Exhausted 🚨

I’m getting this warning in Supabase:
Your project is about to deplete its Disk IO Budget, and may become unresponsive once fully exhausted.
You will need to optimize your performance or upgrade your compute. Check the usage page for more recent and detailed statistics.
I already upgraded the plan / compute, but I’m not seeing any changes yet and the warning is still showing up.
Has anyone run into this before?
Does the upgrade take time to reflect?
Anything specific you recommend checking or optimizing (queries, functions, connections, etc.) to reduce Disk IO usage?
