People page not matching from Web to Mobile

When looking over the people tab to add names to faces it recognized, there are ones from the mobile app that show with no names to the faces but those same faces don't show on the web page. For example, I show about 7 pictures of the same person under Library-> people, that have no name in the mobile app. When I look in the same place in the web version, those 7 faces don't exist to be named.
