Profile folder corrupted

Hi everyone,
while reinstalling immich on a new machine using the older settings i've encountered this problem:
on the backup page saying some important profile files are missing. The problem is that I don't know why is this possible cause I've just plugged in the same disk without wiping anything during the installation process.
How can I fix the problem?
Note that if I click go and restore from backup I get these error:
