Macro keeps drifting

So I've been using Natro Macro for awhile now and its always worked great, until now. I was macroing yesterday, when i decided to turned it off to manually control it and when i went to turn it back on its not macroing in the same spot of the field as it normally does and after a while it drifts. I have supreme saturator and i used drift mode so it shouldn't drift. I tried searching up videos and some people said i should turn off drift mode, so i did and it still doesn't work. I also noticed my camera rotates back and forth even though i have camera rotation off. Not sure why my macro isn't working but in the video i show you my settings and that they are put in correctly.
