Apple App Store demo account with Supabase OTP auth?

Our iOS app uses Supabase Email OTP authentication. Apple App Store review requires a demo account, but OTP codes are random and expire, and we can’t share inbox access with reviewers.
How are others handling this with Supabase?
Any Supabase-recommended pattern?
