Error: SQL query ran into an upstream timeout (alter table)

ALTER TABLE "MyTable" ADD COLUMN     "mycol" TEXT;

Error: SQL query ran into an upstream timeout

I've never had issues like this. I've been running

prisma db push

prisma db push

all the time. But today it times out after like 15s or less, even running the alter statement directly on the Supabase SQL interface.

I saw the doc page to change timeout, it seems to be set to 2m (but it time outs in 15s or less).

Is Supabase having issues? I don't see this in the status page.
