Game is not detecting Vicious bee

I have set it to do only daily bonus vicious bee however not only is it not doing that it isn’t gene detecting when I defeat a vicious bee because I keep gaining Stingers but it never says I killed vicious bee during the cycle this is affecting the amount of time I spend in fields drastically also there’s a problem with the polar bear quests that have blooms but I’m sure that will be fixed some other time
