offset gui even with fix

so i've followed just about all of the previous fixes, offset bitmap redownloading and all. i didnt have any issue until today where offset started popping up, normally it wouldnt be an issue since i would just reinstall the bitmap again and itd work but i tried reinstalling the bitmap(s) and it just keeps giving me the offset error. its the right version and ive tried all the other fixes too.
