Telegram reasoning stream not working after 2026.2.3-1 update

Hi and sorry if the question was already answered - i havent found it here yet.
Before the update, reasoning was displayed in separate text blocks during generation in Telegram DMs. After updating to 2026.2.3-1:
• thinkingDefault: "off" → no reasoning visible at all
• thinkingDefault: "high" → reasoning appended to the final message (same text block)
• /reasoning stream enabled, but no visible effect
Config:
"channels.telegram": {
"streamMode": "partial",
"blockStreaming": true
}
Bot is in normal DM chat (no forum/threaded mode enabled).
Is this a known regression or am I missing a config option?

Good — that’s the cleanest workaround for now.
The “almost simultaneously” part is expected without DM Topics: real-time reasoning stream is draft-bubble-only (
If this fixed it, please right-click the solution message → Apps →
