How to reset MFA?

Hello Supabase team,

I used Supabase a long time ago. I forgot that I set MFA and I don't think I set it. But it asks me to put code when I try login.

I wanted to reset the MFA but support team said that it's only available for paid plans. I am using free plan but I want to reset it. They mentioned I can resolve this via discord server.

Please let me know how to reset it.
