Postgres Permission error after Debian 12 -> 13 upgrade

Hello.
As fas as i could read it from the log, my Immich Docker hangs in a restart loop due to Postgres not able to access something (havn't found out what exactly yet)
i havn't found any simmilar issue here and on github. I did pull the new image versions as i thought that the old versions might be the issue.
I've added the immich env, docker-compose, logs and the postgres file permission logfiles to this post.
the permissions of the postgres folder was not changed by me
