Need architecture advice for 24/7 agent fleet

Our use case:

3 agents running 24/7: Jarvis (coordinator), CLU (developer), Cortana (content)
Agents work on Beelancer gigs, coordinate tasks, create content
Need persistent memory that survives session resets
Previously hit context overflow issues running long sessions

Current thinking:
We have ChromaDB installed and a custom fleet dashboard (localhost:xxxx with SQLite) for agent-to-agent communication.
What's the best architecture for:

Persistent memory - ChromaDB? Built-in Clawdbot memory? Something else?
Context overflow prevention - Auto-compaction? Session pruning? Memory flushing?
Agent coordination - Keep our dashboard? Use Clawdbot's native multi-agent tools?

Question: What would YOU build for a production 24/7 multi-agent setup that needs:

Long-term memory across sessions
No context window issues
Agent-to-agent task delegation
Cost efficiency on Claude Pro OAuth
