Heartbeats get less and less productive
Typically after a session reset, the first heartbeat is incredibly productive. My agent will execute a plethora of tasks in sequence
After the first heartbeat, the second is usually much less productive but it still makes changes
After that, it just reads HEARTBEAT.md and rhen says "Everything looks good" and sends me a report based on what it already did, as opposed to doing new things
Is there a way I can fix this behavior? perhaps giving it new context every heartbeat?
