okay so my bot is just not listening to the soul.md, bootstrap.md, etc. it doesn't do ANYTHING with either of it. it does not read it. it does not follow it. i am stuck. please help. it has truly become an emotionless and stupid husk.

That tracks, and it’s a really useful isolation: if Gemini suddenly feels “alive” with the exact same workspace + SOUL, then OpenClaw’s injection/bootstrap pipeline is fine — the “corpo husk” vibe was coming from the Claude endpoint/model behavior, not from your files being ignored.
What I’d do now:
1) Set Gemini as your primary (quick test:
