how do i limit my fps and run more than 2 rdps with a 16gb ram

i run 2 rdps with 16gb of ram and its alr at 80% usage, but ive heard of ppl running up to 6 rdps with the same ram as me, i use bloxtrap on all my rdps and i limited my fps to 15 but theres no difference, i also have lowest graphics settings but it still doesnt help, what do i do
