Always having issues restarting gateway after changing config

I am not a technical person but if someone can help me with the right commands I can execute them

My setup is
1. Hosting VPS
2. Running Docker
3. Which is then running opneclaw

So I think i can't directly do openclaw gateway restart because whenever I do It gives this error
