Updates don’t work

I am trying to upgrade my openclaw version from 2026.2.3-1 to the newer version of 2026.2.6-3 using npm i -g openclaw@latest but it does not actually apply.
After doing the npm command, I did openclaw doctor, then openclaw gateway restart, the openclaw health.
Then I asked openclaw to show me its status (/status) and it still shows the old version. What am I doing wrong?
Openclaw and the gateway are both installed on my RPI 4B, on the PI OS 64bit. Using GitHub copilot for models, and telegram for communication.
Here is part of my openclaw config file:

You’ve got two OpenClaw installs, and your shell is picking the old one first:

Safest is to just move the old binary out of the way:
