No memories for secondary user

the secondary user see max. 1 memory (1 year ago), due to the fact that there are more several years ago.
First and secondary user are using external libraries, mounted via portainer docker stack on synology NAS:

User 1 can see the memories, both have admin rights. What does the prevent the secondary user from seeing the timeline?
