Windows ate my launcher

To sum it up, the launcher updated, I went to re-open it, and windows game me this.
This is different from the usual kind of "look out, this could be a virus" kind of warning that windows usually gives so I have no clue what to do about this one, especially since it doesn't direct me anywhere to take care of it, but just assumes it's malware with no questions asked.
