Telegram not sending messages promptly
recently when I ask openclaw to perform an api call and return the response to me every minute for 15 mins to my telegram. i am not getting any response every minute until like 7-8 mins later then suddenly get all the responses in one shot. Additionally when it returns the bulk responses 7-8 mins later, it just stops checking the api and does not continue until the 15 minute mark.
I am however, able to see the response every minute via webchat, but it’s just not getting sent to telegram until much later.
I did not have this issue previously when using openclaw
