Do external plugins receive agent_end lifecycle events?
Building a memory plugin with auto-capture. I'm loading it from ~/.openclaw/extensions/ and using:
api.on("before_agent_start", async (event) => {
// This works perfectly
return { prependContext: "..." };
});
api.on("agent_end", async (event) => {
// This never fires
console.log("agent_end fired");
});
Auto-recall via before_agent_start works great, but agent_end never fires for capture.
Looking at the bundled memory-lancedb plugin, it uses the same pattern. Is there something special about bundled plugins that lets them receive agent_end? Or am I missing something in my plugin registration?
