I get all the way to the end and then when the dashboard opens it says 127.0.0.1 refused to connect

Your last error was “unauthorized: gateway token missing” → fix is:
1) On the Mac mini (gateway host):
2) Open the URL it prints (it’ll look like
If it still fails after that, paste (redacted-safe) output from the mini:
