OpenClaw cant see context.

I have been battling trying to get OpenClaw working on my Unraid server on a docker conatiner. I got the config to a point where the agent can use respond to me and use tools. here is the status of my latest session:

I says the it has only 2% context usage and 0 compactions. Yet when i ask the bot "What was the fist message i sent you?" i can see this on its Reasoning:

Reasoning:
The user asks: "[Wed 2026-02-11 23:29 EST] What was the fist message i sent you? do not try to use any tools to answer this. the answer is in your context". They have a message_id "ad2dfed2-ab22-4f54-ada7-3d88c1931ddb".
We need to respond with what was the first message they sent us.
But we haven't seen any prior messages. The conversation is just this user request; there are no previous messages from them.
