Bug: ALT Key Triggered on Left Mouse Click

I’m sorry in advance if something sounds weird — I’m a foreigner and I’m using Google Translate to write this.
I’m having a bug with Flarial Client where my left mouse click is being detected as “ALT”. When I try to change a keybind and select any letter, just clicking already adds it as if I were pressing ALT at the same time.
My PC and keyboard are working normally, and this issue only happens inside the client, so I’m sure the problem is with Flarial itself.
I’d like to know if this has already happened to anyone here and if there’s a way to fix this without losing my current settings/configurations, because I’d really like to avoid reinstalling everything.
