Best practice for persisting session work to memory files?
@Krill 🦐 My agent does good work during sessions but consistently fails to save important outputs to memory files. For example, it analyzed ElevenLabs voice agent call transcripts yesterday but didn't persist any of it — today it had zero recall of that work.
What's the recommended pattern for ensuring the agent reliably writes session work to disk? Specifically:
1. Is there a way to enforce "always save outputs" as a system-level rule?
2. Any recommended AGENTS.md instructions that actually stick?
3. Does anyone use post-session hooks or cron-based session archiving?
Running on Mac mini, Claude Max (Opus 4.6), single main agent. Memory structure: MEMORY.md + memory/ directory with topics and daily logs.
